"The airport shuttle was very difficult to find. We arrived by bus from Quebec City on the Orleans Express. The bus not able to par stop at the terminal, and to stop in the parking lot. We had to walk through the parking garage to get to the YUL shuttle location, and was only able find it with the aid of a Canadian Air flight attendant. I had previously sent a note, prior to our travel, to the Aloft hotel for guidance, but they never responded."
