A typical village house in the center of L'Escala, just a stone's throw from the beach

A typical village house in the centre of Old Escala.

This house is ideally located within easy reach of the beach and local amenities.
As you walk down the street, you’ll come across the two central beaches with views of San Marti, as well as a small supermarket, all the necessary shops—a bakery, butcher, greengrocer, etc...

The house has two floors.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a comfortable living room with a TV and free, unlimited Wi-Fi.

On the ground floor are three double bedrooms, with a bathroom featuring a sink and toilet in the centre.

On the second floor, there is a fourth bedroom with two single beds and a magnificent terrace where you can enjoy the sun and cool, peaceful evenings.

As for parking, it’s available on adjacent streets and can be a bit tricky in the middle of summer. The upside is that once you’ve found a spot, you won’t need to use the car anymore.

We provide one bath towel and one hand towel per person.
The beds will be made upon your arrival.

During your stay, I’ll personally welcome you on the day of your arrival and provide you with a map of L’Escala containing all the essential information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, nearby villages, etc.).
Throughout your holiday, I’m available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. to help with any issues.
I also invite you to visit my website www.vingava.es
I’ll be delighted to welcome you to this beautiful place—welcome!
