About this property

Luna: Holiday apartment by the Riells beach at L´Escala

  • Cosy fully renovated apartment, located on the ground floor of a building, with a terrace and capacity for 4 people. It has a living-dining room, equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. It also has a bathroom with shower. The air conditioning is located in the living room and allows you to cool all the rooms of the accommodation. Just a 2-minute walk away is Riells beach and its promenade, where you will find restaurants, shops, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, leisure options and water activities. Its location allows you to enjoy the beach and the services of the area without having to use the car.



    Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

    Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

    Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

    Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Bien placé, proximité à la plage, très propre et tout ce qu'il faut pour une semaine de vacances. Service de K3Homes avant et pendant la séjour excellent. Nous avons eu un appart rez-de-chaussée et la vue d'un parking à côté n'est pas idéale? Seul petit bemoan.

Pas mal, dommage que.....

Appartement plutôt bien place proche plage, restaurants et commerce...MAIS... nettoyage plus que succinct a l'arrivée, malgré le Covid 19, Frigo a du mal a faire du froid, four fonctionne très mal, très très mal insonorise, nous entendions le bebe du dessus pleure la nuit, vue du balcon sur le parking (non résidentiel donc passage non stop ) voisinage extrêmement bruyant ( chien aboie en permanence, voisins des deux étages au-dessus très bruyants... si vous aimez le calme FUYEZ
