La maison est grande et bien agencée. Cependant le manque d'équipements et sa vétusté la rendent peu fonctionnelle. L'emplacement est moyen (pas de plages ou commerces à moins de 20 minutes à pied). Il y a beaucoup de bruits autour (rue très passante). L'absence de climatisation ou de ventilateurs est très inconfortable compte tenu des températures. Une maison qui mérite d'être rénovée avant d'accueillir de nouveaux vacanciers.

La piscina i l’ubicació en un lloc molt tranquil
La neteja de l’exterior, el manteniment de la fusteria, els lavabos, bombetes foses de les neveres, poca llum a la zona d’estar, falta manguera al jardí, tumbones per l’exterior, antena i televisor. Millor amb servei de wifi-internet.
