Gemma: House with private pool at 200 m. from the beach

  • House with private garden, pool and barbecue. It is distributed on two floors, with two double bedrooms, two bedrooms with two single beds each and three full bathrooms. Modern kitchen, living room with fireplace and exit to the garden. the house has a garage, air conditioning and heating.

    The house has an ideal location for your holidays, it is only 200 meters from the beach of Riells. On the beach, you will find the promenade with all shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment, water activities, etc.

    In total, 8 people can sleep in the house: in 2 double beds and 4 single beds.



    ATTENTION: From 01/11 al 01/05 the house does not have Wi-Fi.



    Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

    Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

    Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
