Functional and sunny house on one floor completely renovated surrounded by spacious plot. Large terrace in the front and private pool of 7x5 meters in the back of the house that enjoys great privacy.
The house has a living room with sofa bed and direct access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Being a total of five places available.
The house has a parking area both inside and in front of the house. Satellite TV, free WIFI, barbecue and travel cot if necessary.

We had a wonderful time in the house of David and Carmen. We loved the pool and walking to the restaurants and beach. We have also been a few times by car (10 minutes drive) to the beaches at the ruins of Empuries (recommended).

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man fĂŒr den Aufenthalt braucht. Der Strand und seine schönen Buchten sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Auch die Stadt ist in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Carmen und David haben uns freundlich empfangen und haben alles möglich gemacht, dass wir 5 Stunden eher einchecken konnten. Vielen dank dafĂŒr.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Alles war super sauber, der Check-in hat perfekt und schnell geklappt und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Im KĂŒhlschrank lag Wasser und es gab leckere Äpfel zur BegrĂŒĂŸung. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und dennoch ist man fußlĂ€ufig in ca 10 Minuten an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist riesig und hat zum schwimmen eingeladen. Alles in allem waren wir mehr als zufrieden!

Wir waren vom 18.-26.05.2024 hier. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von David und Carmen begrĂŒĂŸt, obwohl wir fast 2 Stunden zu frĂŒh angekommen sind. Eine Flasche Wasser und eine leckere Melone standen beim Einzug fĂŒr uns bereit. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Bei Fragen bekommt man sehr zeitnah eine Antwort. Auf der Terrasse kann man die Morgensonne sehr genießen. Der schöne Pool war leider noch etwas zu kalt um sich lĂ€nger darin aufzuhalten. Der Hafen beziehungsweise die Restaurants am Meer sind zu Fuß in ca.10 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der NĂ€he gibt es ebenfalls genug. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in L’Escala. Das Haus ist super. Die Betten sind total bequem. Unser Sohn hat noch nie so lange geschlafen. Wir haben bei unserer Ankunft Carmen und ihre Tochter kennengelernt. Beide waren sehr nett. Kleine Anmerkung, laut den Bildern sind Auflagen vorhanden. Es gibt jedoch keine. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

nous avons passez 2 semaines super la villa est trÚs propre et décorée avec soin, la piscine est juste super les propriétaires sont gentils et accueillants la résidence est trÚs calme a 800 mÚtres du centre et de l'esplanade un point idéale seul petit bémol la connexion internet pas terrible et la télévision que 2 chaines en français

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Auf wenig FlĂ€che alles funktional eingerichtet. Der Fön fehlte zwar, wurde aber per Amazon vom Vermieter 1 Tag spĂ€ter geliefert. 👍 Klima & Pool lassen die Hitze vergessen. Das Meer ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Parken im Hof war möglich. Alles da was man braucht.

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort. Was uns gestört hat waren die Kameras, sowohl am Eingang als auch im Poolbereich. Dies stand nicht im Inserat. Wir hatten die Kamera so gedreht das sie uns nicht filmten. Hier wurde aber von außerhalb die Kameras wieder zurĂŒck gedreht, das geht nicht. Ich kann verstehen das man sein Haus irgendwie absichern soll/muss dieses wurde uns aber nicht mitgeteilt. Deswegen sind wir auch 2 Tage frĂŒher abgereist. Des weiteren sind auch keine Auflagen auf den Sonnenliegen und den StĂŒhlen vorhanden gewesen, sodass man hier improvisieren musste. Hier bitte ich um AbĂ€nderung.

Acceuil des propriĂ©taires trĂšs expĂ©ditif. Manque de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine pour 4 personnnes (Plats , poĂȘlle, ouvre boĂźte, essoreuse salade, plats micro ondes etc..) Invasion par les fourmies ne permettant pas de laisser de la nourriture hors du frigo dans la cuiine.. Manque indication pour la tĂ©lĂ©vision qui ne possĂšde que 3 chaines francaises info. 2 Transats piscine pour 4 poersonnes seulement. Nettoyage et vĂ©rification piscine trĂšs subjectif.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und mit allem ausgestattet was man fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die BegrĂŒĂŸung war sehr herzlich und das Haus in einem sehr sauberen und aufgerĂ€umten Zustand. Aufkommende Probleme wurden sofort behoben (zu wenig Wasser im Pool und dadurch lautere PumpengerĂ€usche). Vom Haus selber sind fußlĂ€ufig der Strand und die Promenade erreichbar, selbst die Altstadt von L'Escala kann in ca. 20 Minuten erreicht werden. Der Pool ist wirklich toll und die Kinder haben ihre helle Freude daran gehabt. Insgesamt kann man dieses Haus zu 100% empfehlen und auch wir können uns gut vorstellen es noch einmal zu buchen.

Das kleine Ferienhaus ist funktionell eingerichtet und ausgestattet was fĂŒr uns mehr als ausreichend war. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig jedoch sind fußlĂ€ufig innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten der Hafen und somit sĂ€mtliche Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Ich wĂŒrde das Haus fĂŒr 4 Erwachsene oder einer Familie mit 2 Kindern weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Kontakt mit Carmen und David ist sehr nett ,die beiden sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!

El alojamiento ha cumplido sobradamente las expectativas. Casa muy bonita y ubicada en una zona tranquila. Nos encontramos un alojamiento igual o mejor a lo que se describĂ­a en el anuncio. Valorar especialmente a David y Carmen por su amabilidad y predisposiciĂłn , y destacar la limpieza que percibimos a la llegada (mas aĂșn en estos tiempos). Sin duda, para repetir! Gracias!

La casa estĂ  molt ben situada, a 10' caminant de la platja. La piscina estĂ  molt bĂ©, amb molt d'espai de terrases per jugar els nens. La casa Ă©s petita, perĂČ suficient per 4 persones, cuina molt petita i lavabo nou. Habitacions espaioses i amb bons armaris. Per tenir en compte, poder sortir una mica mĂ©s tard, a les 10h es molt just. Hem estat molt bĂ©, molt recomanable.
