    Cozy apartment built in 2005, in the first floor, with exterior aspects and plenty of sun, in a three-floor building. The apartment size is 70 square meters for up to 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom.

    It consists of a hallway, two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with bunk beds), complete bathroom with shower, dining room and the living room with access to the terrace (6 m²) and kitchen.

Perfect location for a good price situated within walking distance of the new part of L'Escala. Accommodation is clean and well equiped (dishwasher, WiFi, TV) and also you have a private parking. Private shared swimming pool is nice to use. Enjoyed the stay very much.
