Charming and modern fully renovated house located in the quiet area of Montgó hill in L’Escala. Its privileged location allows easy access to the beach by following a pleasant path that leads to the sea in just a few minutes.
The house offers all the comforts needed for a relaxing holiday: air conditioning in all bedrooms, wifi connection, dishwasher, laundry area and a fully equipped kitchen. It also features a television with channels in several languages for greater comfort during your stay.
The property has two suite-style bedrooms, one additional double bedroom and a separate toilet, making it an ideal accommodation for families or small groups.

Maison très agréable
Superbe petite maison, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Le sentier pour aller à la plage est rapide à l’aller mais très escarpé pour des enfants et personnes en santé moyenne au retour. L’equipement de la maison est très bien. La vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle. C’est agréable aussi de louer une vraie maison de vacances plutôt que des maisons où personne n’habite jamais. Par exemple nous avons pu trouver une trousse à pharmacie et un nécessaire de couture en dépannage, c’est vraiment très appréciable. Merci beaucoup !
