Magnificent sea view with extraordinary sunset just opposite the chain of the Eastern Pyrenees and exit from the building directly on the small beach with its shower.
10 m² terrace in front of the living room and the master bedroom. Wifi included.
A haven of peace for your vacation, make up a bedroom with double bed and storage space and a small bedroom with 1 single bed. A bright living-dining room with a click-clack that can accommodate 2 additional people overlooking the terrace, a TV and a dining table. Located on the 2nd floor (staircase for the 1st floor and elevator for the 2nd) The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay with induction hobs, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer, toaster and everything you need for cook and set the table. The bathroom with bath, wc, basin, washing machine. Linen tensioner, iron. Electric shutter in bedroom and living room. Fan.
Entrance located 3 meters in front of the small beach with shower on the beach.
Only 1 minute from all shops (restaurants, bakeries, mini-market) in the city center. Next to all shops (restaurants, bakeries, mini-market)
Possibility of making great horseback rides with Hipica in Sant Marti d'Empuries just next to l'Escala as well as small pony rides in the center (address on the photo)
Cleaning in addition of 55 € to pay to the agency which will make the inventory and tourist taxes 1 € per person max over 7 days (except minors)
Possibility to park in the Parkimeter underground car park for € 53 per week, 5 to 10 minutes from the apartment (parking space in front of the beach, payable from June to September)

Ubicación perfecta, con preciosas vistas y poco caluroso ya que no da el sol directamente. Apartamento para dos adultos ideal o para dos adultos mas un niño.

Un balcon sur la grande bleue

Je ne connaissais pas l'Escala, étant un habitué de Calella de Palafrugell. Cette année, par manque de disponibilités Sur Callell, j'ai opté pour l'Escala.... et je ne regrette pas!!! A tel point que je suis sur le point d'acheter un bien pour ma retraite à l'Escala plutôt qu'à Calella de Palafrugell, devenu beaucoup trop cher. En tout premier lieu, un immense merci à Nathalie et son époux qui ont été des hôtes de premiers de 1et choix. Adorable appartement idéalement situé avec pour unique voisin, la méditerranée chère à mon cœur. Un panorama sublime sur cette baie avec une vue sur le site antique d'Empuries situé à quelques encablures. Appartement très cosy, excellente literie, équipement complet. N'hésitez pas, réservez tout de suite@!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en avril. Tres belle decouverte car c'était une première. Emplacement idéal pour profiter des terrasses des restaurants et sentiers de promenade. Accès direct à la mer et aux plages.Vue tout simplement magnifique. Nous y retournons cet été. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Très bien situé

Le gros atout de cet appartement : la terrasse. La vue est magnifique et elle est toute la journée à l'ombre. La plage est juste au pied de l'appartement (on peut y descendre en maillot), elle est avec des galets, mais l'eau y est translucide ! L'appartement est bien situé pour toutes les commodités et pour visiter la région Nathalie est très accueillante et à l'écoute si vous avez besoin de quelques choses. Merci à elle. Petit détail, l'appartement est situé au-dessus d'un restaurant, il y a donc beaucoup de vie...
