About this property
Nice fisherman's cottage quietly located, 600 meters from the beach, with fenced garden
- Renovated fisherman's house of 66m² located in Noirmoutier in the village of L'Epine (in a dead end) on enclosed land (open view) of 360 m² with 2 terraces. 600m from the woods, the beach and the Morin marina.
Equipped for 4-6 people, all comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, orange press, croque monsieur maker, oven, TV, internet access, WIFI, electric heating, etc.
The house is made up of 2 bedrooms (one with a 160cm double bed and one with 2 90cm single beds), a living room with sofa bed (140cm Poltronesofa), kitchen, bathroom with toilet and outdoor toilet. High chair and travel cot available on request.
Outside, 2 private terraces with tables and chairs, deck chairs, barbecue and parking on the grounds.
Service: Sheets, bath towels and end-of-stay cleaning can be taken care of at your expense. A deposit of 800 euros is required. The tourist tax is covered in addition by Abritel.
