"La propreté de l’hôtel était impeccable et le personnel très gentil. Cependant, le lit est royalement inconfortable (beaucoup trop dur). Lorsque nous avons demandé s’il y avait quelque chose à faire, au lieu d’ajouter quelque chose de moelleux, l’hôtel a plutôt retiré la couette de sa housse. Nous avons donc pris nous-mêmes la seconde couette du garde-robe pour la mettre sous le drap contour afin d’avoir un minimum de confort. La terrasse sur le toit et la piscine sont incroyables également."

"The hotel is located within a shopping mall the parking is shared with the mall but a discount is applied to the parking fee if you’re staying at the hotel. If you’re looking to see places like the aquarium and shop around in the mall this is the one for you."

"Nice property with close proximity to the metro station and congress centre which was handy. The room was clean, just missing draws to put additional clothes in. Staff were very helpful."

"The hotel was wonderful and the view from our balcony was amazing. The staff was very helpful in allowing us to experience Valencia and feel very comfortable. I wish the pool was heated but other than that everything else was amazing. We loved that the hotel had bicycles to rent and are 8 days was magical."
