VILLA at 200m from the beach, with 5 bedrooms, air conditioning, private and fenced swimming pool with security, 3 terraces, patanca land + 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, barbecue, wifi and private parking for 5 cars.

ONLY 3 MINUTES WALK TO THE SANDY BEACH ( L'ARENAL ).



* It consists of 2 floors (all furnished), 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), 5 bedrooms (3 on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor), TV and DVD, 2 kitchens (one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor), (2 dishwashers, 2 ceramic hobs, 2 fridges, washing machine), a table for 12 people by the pool with chairs and sun loungers, 180m2 living area and 150m2 of garden and space for children to play.

Total 600m2 of land, with sea views less than 5 min away.

Pros: A very good apartment with good facilities. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The owner Amador is friendly, informative about the area and really welcoming. The fact that the pool is fenced off was a very reassuring feature for us as we had small children with us. The canopy was great as it meant that those of us that wanted shade could have it whilst still enjoying the poolside. I would definitely stay again

Pros: The villa was in line with our expectactions, we had good holidays for 2 weeks in July with a group of 11 persons, including baby & teenagers. Pros : Great terrace & pool. Location was cool, next to big sandy beach of l'Arenal. Owner was very kind and very receptive to all our demands. Cons : Rooms might need some refreshing works. Mosquito repellent mandatory.

Pros: There were ten of us staying in this wonderful villa including 5 young children raging from 6 to 2 years. Four of the children learned to swim in the very safe pool, and we felt totally at ease when the children were playing outside of the pool area as there is a safety gate all around it. We all had a wonderful holiday in this fully equipped and well presented villa. Amador, the owner could not have been more helpful and was the perfect host, offering us much needed advice on where to visit, including taking us to the local shop when we arrived. We had never been to this area of Spain before but we were so impressed with our beautiful villa and L'Ampolla and surrounding area that we can't wait to go back. We would all give this superb villa 10 out of 10 - BRAVO Amador and thank you from all of us!

Pros: Hemos estado 1 semana en esta maravillosa villa, cerca del delta del ebro. La casa amplia y muy comoda, no falta de nada. El lugar tranquilo y agradable, cerca de la playa y del Delta, lo que nos ha permitido poder realizar maravillosas rutas en bici. Muy aconsejable en familia. Y destacar al maravilloso propietario que nos informo en todo momento de los lugares a visitar y nos enseñó rincones encantadores a recordar. Muchas gracias por todo Amador. No olvidaré nunca esta semana... y mi pequeño aprendio a ir en bici por fin!!!

Comme à son habitude le propriétaire est hyper accueillant et serviable. Notre Amador nous manquera, il est toujours aux petits soins vis à vis de ses locataires. Pros: La casa es espectacular, cómoda y acogedora. Está más equipada que una casa vacacional, tiene de todo, nos ha encantado, ya que es impresionante. También tiene la piscina vallada con seguridad y puertas de seguridad en las escaleras, lo cual fue una gran tranquilidad para nosotros, sobre todo cuando hay niños y bebés. Está muy cerca de la playa (a menos de 5 minutos andando) y tiene unas preciosas vistas al mar tanto de la terraza, como desde las habitaciones. Hemos pasado 2 semanas inolvidables en esta propiedad de L’Ampolla (Tarragona). Es idónea para relajarse y gozar de tranquilidad, no solo para los adultos, sino también para los niños y los jóvenes. Reúne todos los requisitos necesarios para pasar unas buenas vacaciones El trato con Amador el propietario, ha sido muy bueno, es muy agradable y cordial, ha estado a nuestra disposición siempre que lo hemos necesitado, desde la entrada hasta la salida de la propiedad La puntuo con un diez y no dudaría en organizar de nuevo mis vacaciones en esta preciosa casa. Pros: Séjour inoubliable tout était parfait. Nous étions 3 adultes et 8 enfants et un bébé la villa est très spacieuse très bien aménagée idéal pour l'intimité des familles. Monsieur Amador le propriétaire est vraiment d'une grande gentillesse très respectueux très présent si vous avez besoin d'une information il vous donne tous les bons plans à faire sur place. C'est pas juste j'ai mon argent et c'est bon contrairement à certains il est vraiment au petit soin avec les locataires. Nous avons trop trop trop aimé notre séjour dans sa magnifique villa. Je recommande à 100% et à refaire sans hésitation pour d'autres souvenirs d'autant plus il a une deuxième villa juste à côté pour louer les 2 villas. Merciiii à Amador pour votre accueil. À très bientôt.

Mais pour ma part le seul point négatif "manque de boutiques au centre ville et d'animation le soir lorsque qu'on a des adolescents"

Pros: Grâce a Amador, propriétaire de la villa, nous avons tous passé des vacances inoubliables. Nous étions en famille et entre amis de 3 ans a 60 ans. Tout est bien pensé pour se sentir bien et en sécurité. Y compris a la piscine où du coup les enfants peuvent tranquillement profiter de l eau pendant que nous les surveillons depuis la terrasse juste a coté. La villa est encore mieux en vraie que ce que le descriptif indique. S'il manque quelque chose , Amador fera tout ce qui sera possible de faire pour nous satisfaire. C'est un homme sincère, agréable avec qui l amitié prend vite le dessus. Je recommande vraiment cette villa. Pensez à demander a Amador de visiter la fabrique d huile d olives où vous rencontrerez également des personnes agréables et toujours prêtes à faire la fête. Merci mille fois a Amador avec qui nous resterons en contact.
