It has a fabulous garden, on an enclosed plot of 1300m2, with a private swimming pool of 5x11m, sun loungers, a terrace of 35m2 with garden furniture and sofas, living/dining room of 45m2 with fireplace, TV/satellite, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen (and renovated in 2017) with desk of 20m2, fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, dolce gusto coffee machine, toaster, kitchen utensils. Covered barbecue outside, table tennis, private parking for 4 vehicles, garage. It has 5 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor with a double bed, as well as 1 bathroom with shower) and on the ground floor with 4 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 with 2 single beds and 2 extra beds to be installed wherever you want), 1 bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink and 1 bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
