DESCRIPCIÓN VILLA DOS CALAS (English) NOTICE: Following our customers recommendations, this villa has been updated with a 50” SmartTV with Netflix or PrimeVideo connected to internet, satellite, and local antenna. We have also renovated all the mattresses and we will provide new comfortable sofas before the end of 2023. This villa is located near 2 coves far from the crowds with crystal clear water perfect for snorkeling and sunbathing (only 4 minutes away on foot from each one). You have also the choice to relax at your private pool (8 x 4 m), with salted water, made of natural stone and surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden. One of the highlights is enjoying the spacious covered porch where you can have dinner or have a rest with a glass of wine or a cold local beer. The villa has more than 1000 sqm of private garden that has been landscaped for ultimate relaxation with an interesting selection of local plants and trees, such as 3 olive trees, 3 pine trees, a fig tree or a pomegranate tree, combined with bougainvillea plants, roses or rosemary. It has also an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy a barbeque like being in the forest. Another interesting area is the terrace on the roof, where you can enjoy the sun during the day or see the stars at night. After accessing from a private parking area, you enter the property into a light and airy space, freshly decorated in neutral and marine tones with wooden accents. This beautiful beach house has the charm of the traditional floor tiles that have been restored, as well as all the wood furniture, and at the same time all the comfort such as the full air conditioning and heating in all the zones. A spacious living area consists of several sofas including a 50" satellite TV & Smart TV (with Netflix or PrimeVideo), including a fireplace. The dining area has a round table with traditional furniture. The large fully equipped kitchen, include all the utensils and the equipment, such as dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle or microwave. On the night area of the house, there are 3 double bedrooms, each with views to the private garden, and 2 bathrooms equipped with natural stone sinks and combining shower and bathtub. The main bedroom has been equipped to allow you enjoy your dreams during your stay with a luxury 1.80x2.00cm mattress made of natural organic materials. The villa is 10 minutes’ drive from the cozy centre of Ametlla de Mar where you can find a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Do not forget to try the local fish, including the award-wining tuna. It has 6 Blue Flag beaches and plenty of caves to discover. This property welcomes families and groups of responsible adults but does not allow youth events or parties. This Villa does not accept pets. DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The Costa Dorada is the most famous coastlines in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation. There are many fantastic beaches and small dreamy coves with turquoise and crystalline waters, most of them very quiet and some of them untouched. On the Costa Dorada, is were you will find the Calafat urbanization sea front, racing circuit and marina of the same name. Calafat has more than 2 km of coastline, It's located in the municipality of L'Ametlla de Mar , a small fishing village reknown for the high quality of its fish. 20 minutes to the south you will find the Delta del Ebro Natural Park, a beautiful place you need to visit! You can dive with the largest tuna in the world and enjoy exciting moments, sail on a modern and innovative catamaran. Last of all PorAventura World is a unique holiday destination full of fun for the whole family, It's just 30 minutes from Calafat. *The accommodation cameras are only connected when the alarm is activated. Before each entry, we proceed to deactivate the alarms.
