Saona Villas offers you this beautiful welcoming villa located just 400 meters from the sea and enjoying a beautiful protected swimming pool, ideal for holidays with young children. This pleasant villa built on one level is comfortable and benefits from a large covered terrace, the essential barbecue area and a very advantageous sea.
Approximate distances: Sea 400 meters. Downtown Ametlla de Mar 3 km.
Cambrils and Salou 25 and 30 minutes drive. amusement park "Port Aventura" 40 km.
Areas: Habitable about 130 m². Land of about 800 m².
Inside: Large living/ dining room (with 1 single folding bed, parabolic TV, DVD). Separate and equipped kitchen (with stove with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker). 1 double room (with 2 single beds). 1 double room (with 1 double bed). 1 triple room (with 1 double bed and 1 single bed). 1 shower room/ WC.
Outside: Large flower garden of 800 m² with some grass and gravel. Large barbecue built. Private and fenced pool (approximately 36 m²) with Roman steps. Outdoor shower and sun loungers (minimum 4). Covered terrace, garden furniture (1 table and 8 chairs). Parking for 2 to 3 cars. WC with outdoor sink. Washing machine.
To be paid on site: Compulsory package rental charges: 120 € / stay. Pets: allowed (an extra 50 € per week per animal). Tourist tax required: € 7/ person/ stay. Internet connection to be paid (subject to sufficient stock): €15/stay.
Comments: The garage remains private and closed during rentals. Groups of young people under 21 years old are refused.
