The villa has: fenced plot of 900m2, private parking, terrace, balcony, permanent barbecue, garden, large 5x9m swimming pool, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and direct access to the terrace, lounge / living room with tv, wifi internet, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with jacuzzi, 1 shower room, air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom
