The Royal Park Canvas - Osaka Kitahama
Great hotel next door to a subway entrance, an excellent bakery and a Konbini. All staff were very professional and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Room cost was terrific value. They also do luggage forwarding.

Unfortunately I cannot give this property 5 stars as their elevators were abysmal. This has nothing to do with how busy the property was but because of a poorly designed, inefficient system. Waits for the elevators reached 20 minutes at some point, a building with 9 elevators available. Truly ...

The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Osaka Midosuji
Bartenders & restaurant attendants seem annoyed by foreigners. Not friendly at all. Lobby is on 15 so you have to go on two different elevators to get to your room every time.
