This hotel was nothing like the pictures or advertised facilities, room was filthy and had questionable stains, room smelt of cigarettes and smoke, felt unsafe in the room and area, was not happy at all

Overall stay was good only complaint is the bed was not very comfortable. Staff was helpful especially when trying to get a taxi.

朝食付き，とあったので安さで決めました。が、いざ行ってみたら"朝食あり"で申込まないと駄目との事。でも安価で申し込むと自動的に食事無しになる(客は知らない)仕組みになっています。 出掛けた先からホテルに帰るバスの案内が無く、ホテル従業員さえ知らず"タクシーに乗っても2千円以内だ"と案内するので 乗ったら3千円以上になり 次の日はバス乗り場が分からず2時間30分迷いました。 交通機関は表示するか 従業員がきちんとバス乗り場やバス時間等を把握しておいて欲しいです。 それは基本的なサービスではないでしょうか？

정말 모든면에서 좋은 곳입니다 다만 거리와 위치만 잘 숙지하고 간다면좋을거 같습니다 주변에 가까운 편의점도 있어서 좋습니다

Personnel absent à la réception et ne parlant que japonais. Chambre fumeur avec une forte odeur de tabac froid. Propreté à revoir. Chambre grande et bien équipée (fauteuil et appareil de massage notamment, TV grand écran, baignoire avec jets). Parking gratuit juste devant l'hôtel.
