Simple, straightforward accommodations in a perfect location for exploring Kyoto Gion area. Our family of four used two rooms and were very comfortable for our 2-night stay. I wish we had booked longer.

Was in a good area. Laundromat and 711 across the road. Walking distance from lots of restaurants and nishiki markets. No luggage hotel transfer which made it dofficult for us. Room needs some colour. So white. Cheap stay and good enough for a few nights.

Great Location/Excellent Hotel
Spotless facility in a perfect location. Next to a bus stop and the subway entrance is very close. The front desk staff are very helpful. Great places to eat all around. Very easy to walk to some of the major sites. Highly recommend.

Incredible value!
Absolutely amazing service - staff are so lovely, really helpful and great English. The hotel is in a great location and the room was honestly nicer than other hotels we’ve stayed in on our trip to Japan for almost 10 times the price!! Such good value. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto.

For a budget hotel, they have everything you would need. It's simple and clean. The location is great. It is located at a slightly quiet area but only 5 mins walk to the main Street. Where all the restaurants and department stores located. 10 mins walk to Gion area and subway stations.

Excellent stay in Kyoto.
Great boutique hotel next to all tourist areas of Gion. Excellent friendly staff and very reasonable price for the stay. Building is new and in excellent condition. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room and bath. Great for tourists.

Brand new hotel with beautiful modern rooms
This small hotel has an excellent location just outside the central restaurant and shopping area of Kyoto. The rooms are very modern and new and our room had stupendous views over Kyoto. Excellent wifi and free mobile phone for guests’ use. Staff are helpful although the level of English varies a little. However the hotel facilities are fairly limited- no meals available, lobby is very small and no laundry facilities. There is free coffee in the lobby on request.

Great room and location, had everything we needed.
We stayed 8 nights in the room with the queen bed. It was exactly as described, spacious and with a great view of the city. There is free coffee and a table at the reception. The bus stop is close by and it is a great location overall. Checking in and out was easy, the staff is nice and helpful. There are black-out shades in the bedroom windows, but it doesn't get very dark, so I would recommend bringing an eye mask to sleep better.

Det var lagom bit från stationen att gå, nära till att hyra cykel. Nära till fina matställen. De städades inte under vår vistelse på tre dagar vilket är det enda vi är missnöjda med.

スタッフの対応はとても良かった。 部屋の全てに無駄が無く、簡素化されているが足りない物は無く、使い勝手を考えて上手くできていると思いました。 移動出来る折りたたみテーブルや予備の毛布があるともっと良かった。 新しく清潔で快適に過ごせました。

エアコンが効いていなく風邪でもひかないかと心配した。チェックインの時は今日はさむいので毛布を一枚ずつ渡されたがそれよりも部屋全体が冷たく、エアコンを入れても全く効かない。当日が寒いのではなくエアコンの故障が有る事を何も説明されなく不愉快でした。設備不良で有れば値引きをして当然(過去の他のホテルでも同様なケースが有ったがその時は最終的に値引きをしてくれた)

舒適,親切!
櫃檯人員很親切,是很精緻小而美的旅館,訂豪華客房,房間能走動的空間真的挺大的,唯一值得注意的是,早晨的時後因為太陽照射的關係,比較熱~~,不過樓下櫃檯旁有提供咖啡,茶包,還有微波爐喔!!!!!
