All good but it can be noisy. We were on the 3rd floor. All the rooms doors are facing the inner terrace where people visit. That can be heard in the room. KEI HOTEL LIKE RESIDENCE
Though there is not reception counter, there is a Front Deck iPad tablet to communicate with staff. Response is fast and staff can speak in English. Hotel is very well-maintained, as if brand new. There is also a 24hrs supermarket right beside it.
