The hotel is very old. Cleaning was not good at all. Bathrooms are very old. Respection help was good.

Exceptional circumstances

I have stayed at this hotel before and was very pleased . On this occasion the room wreaked of cigarette smoke and early morning I was awoken by a very noisy film crew who literally had taken over the hotel. Exceptional circumstances I hope and next time we will be back to normal.

Sabah 4’te otele girdik resepsiyonist uykudan uyanıp geldi, çıkış günü de sabah 6’da çıktık gene resepsiyonist yoktu. Odalarda mini dolap yok, kasa da yok. Merkezi ısıtma soğutma yok. Klima var. TV’de sadece yerel kanallar var. Yerler halı odalar eski ama bence güzel. Banyolar yetersiz.

Excellent service

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful: from recommending a reliable taxi service app to helping me find an open restaurant nearby at 12am, from exceptional daily housekeeping service to cooking my breakfast in advance due to my early check-out. The hotel is clean, well-maintained and the staff take all required COVID-19 prevention measures. Great location and great value for their price.

On nähty parempiakin..

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla, siitä plussaa. Huoneemme oli ihan ok, lukuunottamatta sitä, että kylpyhuoneessa haisi aivan hirveälle ja siellä oli todennäköisesti hometta. Meitä yöpyi huoneessa kaksi, joista toinen oli jokaisena aamuna aivan tukossa ja voi huonosti. Helpotti heti kun lähti ulos huoneesta. Muutoin huone oli ihan siisti ja ajoi asiansa, mutta en suosittele pidempään oleskeluun. Lisäksi yllätyksenä tuli, että check in:in yhteydessä veloitettiin kaupunkivero, mistä ei missään ollut mainintaa etukäteen.

静かで快適な良いホテルでした。ただ、周辺に飲食店などの店舗はないです。中心部に近く立地は悪くない。タクシーが安いのでuklonなどの配車アプリでさっと移動すれば良いと思います。

חלק מהצוות ממש לא נחמדים. היינו שם 8 משפחות כל ערב יש אירוע פרטי בגג בקומה הרביעית והמוסיקה רועשת עד מאוחר . החדרים לא מיועדים למשפחות עם ילדים, בכל החדרים יש מיטה זוגית אחת וגם עם לקחתם סוויטה מאחר ורשום בהזמנה שיש מיטה נוספת, הם במקום יבקשו מכם עוד סכום גבוה על מיטה נוספת למרות שכבר שילמתם דרך בוקינג. חדר האוכל זוועה, אוכל קר ולא מאורגנים לקבל יותר מ 10 אנשים. בחדר רשום שיש מיני בר, כספת ועוד דברים המקובלים להיות אבל, בפועל אין ורק אחרי וויכוחים לחלק מאיתנו זרקו באמצע החדר . בקיצור, תעשו לעצמכם טובה ואל תהרסו את החופשה בויכוחים על מה שמובן מאליו
