Great apartment

The apartment was nice. There was plenty of room and it was comfortable. The area is easy to walk around with more than enough places to eat, get coffee or drink. Due to a late arrival the rental agent was great to allow my daughter to pick up the key during the day. I'll definitely try and stay again on subsequent visits to Kyiv.

Квартира не плохая. Но было немного накурено, хотя висит табличка не курить. Было немножко шумно, потому что входная дверь рядом с шахтой лифта, а во дворе стоят охлаждающие установки, которые гудят, и окно не откроешь. Также за неделю ни разу не убрали....

Pas mal, mais sent et humide

J'avais un appartement tout près de Maïdan (au 10 rue Mala Zhytormyrska), donc bien placé. En soi, l'appartement était bien : surface et équipements. Cependant, le problème est que la salle de bain ne peut pas être vraiment aérée. Du coup, l'appartement ne sent pas bon et il y a de l'humidité (et donc quelques moustiques). C'est le point noir de cet appartement, car sinon il est bien. J'ai donc hésité entre moyen et bon pour la note globale (tout en mettant moyen pour le confort et l'état). Selon votre degré de tolérance, ça peut aller ou pas. Car il reste d'un tout à fait bon rapport qualité/prix sinon.
