Quaint, but must be fit to haul baggage

The apartment was quaint and lovely for our needs. They gave us early check in for free. They were not able to give us late check out, but were friendly and gracious to let us keep the baggage (lots) at their office. Proximity to groceries and sight seeing was perfect. Check-in was a bit difficult as the office is a 10-15 min walk from the apartment. This was a task with baggage. The elevator was broken for the entirety of our stay, so this also was a chore with lots of baggage and of course every time you leave and return it was 5-6 flights of stairs. Even so, I would stay here again! The price was right.

Geräumige Unterkunft in guter Lage mit guter Austattung. Das Treppenhaus und der Aufzug sind in keinem guten Zustand (abgebrochene Kanten an Treppenstufen, teilweise defektes Licht usw.), das Apartment aber schon. Check-In und Check-Out etwas chaotisch und unklar, hat aber letztendlich alles geklappt. Empfehlung: dem Apartment vor Ankunft schreiben und den angebtotenen Transfer (Taxi) für jeweils 500 UAH in Anspruch nehmen, dann wird man direkt zum Apartment gefahren bzw. von dort abgeholt und bekommt den Schlüssel vom Taxifahrer bzw. gibt ihn dem Taxifahrer wieder ab.

We didn't get the room we paid for- they gave it to another couple. Getting the key was not comfortable. A rude old man gave us the key, told us to leave 100$ deposit and yelled at us when we asked a receipt for the deposit. He was very unpleasant and didn't explained how to get to the apartment. The building was under renovations, so everything was dusty and all the entrance to the room was filthy. There was no option to darken the room at the morning so you have the sun in your eyes from the sunrise hours.

The flat was cleaned very thoroughly and is practical. However, a few things to note: the check-in is not the simplest as the address given is for a building block, not a flat. The flat itself smells of old cigarette smoke, is quite noisy throughout the night due to it being on a main road, the shower is quite impractical and floods the bathroom very easily, and one of the gas hob buttons doesn’t shut properly so it’s unclear whether it’s on or not.

My Superior apartment was a studio

I booked a superior apartment and received a studio. The room has 3 large windows (no view) with thin curtains so a good sleep was impossible due to light and noise from the fridge (that I ended up unplugging). The check in process was a mess. Location is good

Good safe neighborhood near Embassies and Consulates. Excellent air conditioner. You have to go to their office at 21 Kryschatik to get keys, leave $100 security deposit and allow them to copy your passport before going to the actual apartment you will be staying at.

Lovely, excellent, cosy apartment in Kiev centre

excellent location, apartment as described and has everything from kitchen utensils, to extra need linen and extra bath towels. we were well received, they have arranged pie pick up from airport (upon our request).i recommend it and I definitely would go back again.

Upon arrival was checked-in to different apartment - not the one on pictures. Then agent demanded $100 cash deposit but receipt would have to be issued in their office in a different location. I needed to check-out at 4 am but was not able to get my deposit back until 10 am. If you like cheep "Love Hotel" feel and stress then this place is for you. Others - stay away as far as possible.
