The photos on the site don't match the rooms. I thought i was getting a washing machine. They then moved me the next day to a room that had one but that room had no shower door and the shower head only had water coming from halve the jets. Place is in a good area close to West lake with both western and Vietnamese foods. But would definitely add up if heading into the Old Town with grab but you can use the local buses.

Wonderful stay at Lheritage Premium Hanoi Central! Stayed in a twin room with balcony overlooking the street, and loved popping out each morning to see the street come to life. Location in Old Quarter can’t be beat, we walked everywhere and enjoyed the weekend experience when the streets are closed off to traffic. Lisa greeted us upon arrival with a refreshing tea and checked in whenever she saw us to make sure everything was okay; she was so helpful in organizing a jeep tour - all the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend a stay here, you would not regret it.
