Had speak with the manager who’s in Sweden Ei tried to talk me into accepting one of their small rooms which I refused . They refused to refund me . They crooks because they tried manipulating me ..."

"This hotel has no elevators and I was on the third floor. The street leading to the hotel was not paved and it appeared to look like an alley. The staff was very professional."
