"Unfortunately, our experience at Suatis Hotel was quite disappointing. Check-in took almost 45 minutes because their credit card system was not working. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was being asked if I had enough money on my card, which I found very inappropriate and unnecessary. The rooms were also quite hot, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. That said, I have to give credit where it’s due—the breakfast was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, while the breakfast was excellent, the check-in experience and room temperature issues significantly affected our experience."

"Rooms are satisfactory and some face the town and mount Kazbegi, offering amazing views. The lift is a little awkward to access as it starts on the first floor, rather than the ground floor, so people with heavy luggage or mobility issues may experience some problems. Breakfast was reasonable, but eggs were very dry and on one morning most of the food was cold. However, staff were quick to respond and offered to make fresh food or heat it up, if requested. Overall the hotel was fine for a stay of one to three nights, but for longer stays i think there are better options."

Room was very spacious with everything you need in it , including tooth brush, breakfast was included, lots of variety, also we ate in the restaurant few times , food was delicious! Minor issue with inadequate toiletries and towels, and could do with alittle more table space (tea facilities occupy same space as desk top, if you need to work. But the location is outside but walkable to town centre and quiet and peaceful at night."
