"Overall a very good hotel.
Did not receive the room upgrade or the bottle of wine that was mean to be included as part of the benefit. I requested an early check in, when I arrived the lady said excellent the room is ready and then as we she was going through the process she said the early check in would be Gel 200! Not very appropriate in my view."

"Hard to rate this hotel - I’ll start with the good - fabulous location - very affordable, but this not a 5 star hotel. It’s showing it’s age, I had mold growing in the tile grout in the shower and there is a restaurant meters from your window so it’s loud a lot of the time (not the hotel’s fault ofc) breakfast was meh and expensive for the area, but since nothing is open early- it’s fine. The Staff ranged from fabulous to completely indifferent- overall I give them a 2 out 10 for friendliness....

"Who would have thought an old Soviet era Telegraph Office building could be transformed into such a stunning hotel property? They’ve really created the most beautiful public spaces, restaurants, rooms and service staff (which is rare in most of Georgia!) Great location, too - walking distance from the old town. Most amazing breakfast spread and one of the best meals we have ever had was at Laan Thai, their Asian restaurant. The only down side to this hotel is that you don’t ever want to leave...

"Warmly recommended. It's a lovely hotel in Tbilisi's old district. We liked the room a lot. It was very closy, comfortable and also provided a balcony in our case. We used the balcony quite a lot in the evening to enjoy the spectacular view. Staff is very friendly and attentive. One point of care: Our room was on the 2nd floor: during the restaurant opening times in the evening you might experience some noise in your room. The restaurant itself is also very much recommended: the food, staff and...

"Very well positioned in the center of Tbilisi, walking distance to main attractions and subway station. Eclectic design, comfortable bed, nice shower. Great breakfast options. One little point - no ramp to enter the lobby, not accessible for wheelchair - 2 flights of steps from the street level to log the suitcases up and down. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and it was great.
The hotel itself is very nice and clean.
The staff are very nice and welcoming.
The breakfast is tasty.
Our room was small, but big enough for a couple.
The location of the hotel is very good, in a walking distance to many attraction.
Bottom line: highly recomended!

"It was the best stay in a hotel that I've ever had. The staff are extraordinarily well-trained, professional, accommodating, friendly, and speak English very well. The restaurant food and breakfast were amazing! Kudos to the waiters and chefs!!"

"We were very happy to stay in the hotel for 3 nights. It is very classy: the room was big, quiet and cosy (actually it is better than it looks in the picture), the selling is high, hot water pressure is good, elevator going smooth and quiet, eating aria at 3 rd floor is very nice.
Special thanks for the staff - everybody were very helpful, polite and friendly!
Didn't have a chance to use a pool and check the area."
