"Do not stay in a compact room on the second floor. I've stayed in many premier Inn hubs, z hotels and even a converted prison but this room was the worst!! We did manage to change rooms to the 5th floor after a few nights and this was much better however the TV repeatdly stopped working, there's no kettle in the room. There is tea and coffee downstairs but for some reason the tea bags and milk are at reception and the coffee/hot water are a floor up."

"Great hotel for exploring Oslo. The location is excellent — just steps from the Central Station, Opera House, and many restaurants and attractions. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the self check-in process was quick and easy because it was with machines. No breakfast option just some sandwiches, yogurt and toppings and coffee. Despite being so central, the hotel felt quiet and relaxing. A perfect choice for travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and good value in the heart of Oslo."

"Excellent stay in the heart of Oslo. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast buffet. One of the best breakfast buffet so don’t skip it! The coffee machine near front desk was not working when we arrived and check in desk person was extremely helpful and concerned, he actually fixed it and made me a nice cup of coffee. The location is perfect—quiet yet within easy walking distance of the Opera House, Central Station, and main attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Great value for Oslo."

"The water was water logging in the shower area. The heater was not effective enough to keep the room warm through the night. The mats in the room were a little dirty. Overall I would have liked the hotel management to give a little care on these smaller things. "

"It totally depends where the room is here. Checked in, room seemed fine, has a radiator which didn't really get the room warm but at least took the chill off. Problem is at night there was loud music which at first I thought was from a neighboring room but actually from a club outside, and my room was one of the closest to it, on the 2nd floor with a wall facing it. Even with earplugs, the beat comes right through, until 3 am. TV's live channels also weren't working but at least the HDMI port was easily accessible. In the morning, asked to change rooms, was given top floor interior, so thankfully it was quiet, but this room had no radiator or climate control. Instead there was a vent near the ceiling and it blew in a soft cold wind all day and night - it should've been blowing in heated air! Bathroom floor was heated - but shouldn't the bedroom floor be heated instead, most people spend more time in the bedroom than the bathroom. I ended up sleeping on the bathroom floor. Super inconvenient but at least it was warm and quiet. I've never left a hotel early but almost did here. At least the TV worked in this room and the location is super convenient and there are accessible stairs."

"Room was clean but super super tiny. As a solo traveller who wanted to spent most my time in the city anyway that was good. With two people it might be too tiny. "
