There was a bad smelling in the morning

There was a bad smell in hotel in the morning when we woke up, it was coming from inside the hotel and we couldn't countinue our sleep after that

حجزت بالافطار ولكن بعد ماوصلنا للفندق قالو لنا حجزكم بدون افطار !!! وجلست ​أنـا معاهم في مشكلة لاكثر من ساعة وبعدها وافقو واعطوني افطار وقالي الموظف الافطار من عندنا وحجزك بدون افطار مع العلم اني وريتهم الايميل وكان موجود فيه افطار ، لكن ما اقول الا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

الفندق جيد لكن الموقع غير جيد بتاتا

منطقة الفندق جدا سيئه بعيده عن الاماكن السياحية ويصعب الوصول اليها بسبب كثرة التعديلات في الشوارع المحيطه بها ، لا انصح اي شخص بالحجز بهذا الفندق لانه سوف لن يخرج منه خوفا من صعوبة الوصول للفندق.

My shopping visit to Kuwait

The hotel looks nice, I had to wait more than 30 minutes .even though I was the only guest in reception to get my room key. There is a wedding hall next to the recption and the whole lobby was noisy .when I finnaly got my room there was no assistant in bags. When I got to my room it was warm, I turned on the AC. I called the recption complining about the high music sound from the wedding hall and the lady who answered my call told me the wedding will finish at 1:00 AM and there is no possibility to shift me to another room. When I finally slept I wakeup at 3:30 AM my room was so hot, I called the recption after some time they sent a technician to check the AC then he said he will check the roof never showed back after waiting for almost half an hour I called the reception for following up she said she will call me back , I got a call back and was informed the ac is not working and they gone change my room. Finally, I got a room change but I couldn't sleep again. At chacking out I asked for the front disck manager and I was told no boday there in Friday, I told the recptionist about my complaint and left my business card for the manager to call me when he come to duity in next day. No call. I feel sorry to see such a beautiful facility mismanaged and leaving guest with unrewarding experience.
