"Clean and up-kept property. The room is spacious and beds are comfy. Up kept osen and pool ( maybe we are lucky as it is the end of skiing season). Good varieties buffet choices. Receptionists and butlers are welcoming and helpful. We loved the valet skiing services. The staff are so accommodating and helpful. Overall we all enjoyed our stay very much. We will keep coming back. "

"The view from the room was great! (Mt. Yotei) Our room was two bedroom plus Tatami room with a big living dining room which was spacious and clean. Perfect for Family Gathering. Breakfast was really good. Especially coffee. The hotel staff was kind and helpful but it seems that some of them do not have much experience in hotel service. Overall it was a nice hotel. I'll come back here again!"

"This place is amazing. Its right next to the center of the Hirafu town where all the action (food) and transportation is. Lawson also right next door. Rooms are small but smartly designed, I felt more comfortable here than in many other larger hotel rooms. Staff was friendly and wanting to go above and beyond to help me get out of a jam when there were no taxis in town."
