"Clean room and hotel. Staff were good. Lots of parking. It was a bit different to access if it’s your first time staying there. I liked their breakfast which was affiliated with Ricky’s next door. You are given a hotel menu. The best part was the breakfast was fresh and hot. The hotel is near a train track which had a train sounded its horn at 3:21am. Definitely not the hotels fault! And the trains must keep on schedule! But just a note in case it makes a difference for others. "

"The room was comfortable and clean. Stayed two nights and had no problems or issues. Was able to get restocks of items with no issues, staff was friendly. Room was over downstairs pub, but there was no noise."

"Here’s a polished review you can post or adapt depending on how harsh or balanced you want it to sound: We stayed at this hotel because it was advertised as “fully renovated,” but unfortunately that was not our experience. While there have clearly been some cosmetic upgrades, this is still an older motel with many issues that need attention. Our room had several maintenance problems, the floors and stairs creaked loudly, and the air conditioning was basically just a swamp cooler and did not cool the room well. There was also no phone in the room, so we had to use our cell phones anytime we needed to contact the front desk. One of the biggest frustrations was that the hotel failed to notify guests that a large teen boys sports team was occupying most of the property during our stay. The first night was extremely noisy, and at one point we had to push through groups of boys just to get to the stairs. The noise continued late into the night and made it difficult to sleep. We also had an uncomfortable situation where we heard someone lingering outside our door, only to find a random man standing there. It did not feel secure or well managed. Overall, this property feels more like an old motel with basic upgrades rather than a truly renovated hotel. With better communication, maintenance, and guest management, the experience could have been much better."

"This is an amazing place to stay, we skied Whitewater which was just up the road. The place was very clean and well appointed. The hot tub was great being just up behind the cabin. The cabin was a highlight of our trip. "
