"Lovely lake-facing room with a wonderful view. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower with lots of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the convent and funicular. The walk back up from town could be a bit challenging for older or unfit people, but we enjoyed it."

"Location is excellent. We had an economy room - it was clean and had what we needed but quite uninspiring and it was a bit noisy when we arrived. It was quiet when we went to sleep. Breakfast was included but I couldn’t see information about how to get breakfast so emailed and got a quick reply. Breakfast was reasonable but we had to wait fifteen mins to get our coffee. Orange juice had already been poured out on a counter but it also took ten mins. "

"It was lovely we were upgraded from 2 rooms to a 3 bed with bathroom. It was very hot but each room had a fan. The people were so friendly and lovely. The food was lovely with 10% off dinner - fab!! The car had to be parked in the local parking 5 min walk quite cheap. Fine. I definitely recommend. We stayed one night. "
