ryokan! The food was plentiful and delicious and the sky onsen views were incredible. The private onsens in our room was very roomy too! The whole experience was wonderful and the service was very good. Our main server, Divas, was very polite and attentive. The stocked minibar and check out present (packed lunch) were a very nice touch."

"30年程前に山みず木に宿泊、別邸の深山山荘は初めて　夕飯時に同日の宿泊者が多かった事がわかってビックリしたほど、とても静かで隣接の音も全く聞こえずゆっくり部屋や大浴場も楽しめた 部屋風呂と川沿いの庭も素晴らしい、部屋も広く快適に過ごせた 夕食は口コミ等、あまり表記も少なかったので期待せずに伺いましたが、味、内容の配慮、量、全てに大満足でした "

"This is the best onsen hotel I have ever tried. If I can give them 6 stars, they deserve it. Not only service is good, food, decoration and amenities, as well as onsen are far more beyond my expectation. I would love to come back again. There is a private onsen availble for booking at a fee of 1000 yen for 45 minutes if you wish. Half board includes Japanese breakfast and dinner which was served in a private cubicle.
