"The veiw was absolutely beautiful. The Condo was clean and full filled all needs for a beach stay. The desk clerks were the best you could ask for. Ive stayed many places on the beach, this was the cheapest and the best. I usually stay at Hiltons Motels. No more, will stay here at Atlanta Towers. TY for an wonderful vacation. "

"The dishes were dirty when we arrived from previous guests. The dishwasher did not work well during our stay and after running it 3 times the dishes were still dirty. The tub was clogged and backing up anytime we took a shower. The location was great and the view. "

"This is a lovely hotel and I highly recommend it! There is no elevator so that may be a drawback to some but not for us. The hotel is very clean and well decorated. Who doesn’t love Pottery Barn towels! Staff is friendly and the location is unbeatable. If you’re looking for a unique amazing stay in Carolina Beach, be sure to stay at the Oceaneer. "
"The cottage was a great little place for a family of 6 there was some needed upgrades but nothing I could not work out. Loved the privacy and much needed place, sent a lot of time in the sun room, very clean, no one bothered us right by the dog park area, beach access right across the street from the house, there was some uneven floor areas but it was fine for us the back door code would not work for us but we used the front door most of the time over all a 4.5 star place "

"Our stay was excellent. The house was clean and spacious. The view was exceptional. The pool was delightful. Each morning we woke up to chairs and umbrellas being set up on the shore for us to enjoy. I loved the kitchen which was open and contained everything we needed. And I loved having a laundry on the two top floors; that was very convenient.I think we spent most of our time enjoying the decks overlooking the pool and ocean. "

"Great house for a beach vacation for families , The house was very clean , comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen . Great location right on the beach . Swimming 20 yards from the back porch . Lovely deck overlooking the ocean . 3 pools and a well appointed gym were available . There was ample parking . Landlord was very responsive when a small issue arose and it was immediately taken care of . Very pleased and would definitely return . "
"This place would be so much better if it had new furniture and a new coat of paint! The beds are very uncomfortable and so are the sofas. The sofas actually smell awful. The bathrooms and showers were super clean! And the walk to the beach was a quick and easy! Probably won’t stay here again till some upgrades are made. "
