I appreciate how convenient is the room with everything I need within reach The tissue box, the dustbin etc all placed strategically with the convenience of the guest in mind The hotel reception and the room are neat and tidy.

Great hotel, a bit out of town

A very nice hotel at a very fair price. We did make an error in not checking the location. It is about 30 minutes out of central Kurashiki. This required a local train which runs every 30 mins or so. There were some restaurants close by and we both enjoyed the Onsen baths. So swings and roundabouts but enjoyed our stay.

The room was very dusty. Beds were hard and the pillow was a joke. It’s like sleeping without one. Transportation was difficult unless we wanted to ride the ultra slow train. The staff was nice and helpful but I would not stay at this location again.

チェックインのタッチパネルの反応が悪くて3回入力し直してもなかなか入力完了にならなくて、長距離の運転後の疲れた心身にはとても不愉快でしたので改善してほしい。それ以外は快適に過ごしました。

スタッフの対応も良く、子供へのアメニティやお菓子のプレゼントもあり、子供も喜んでいました。 朝食バイキングもメニュー豊富で、個人的には明太子があったのがテンション上がりました。 駐車場が野外なのと、温泉での洗い場が4席しかなかったのが残念でしたが、それ以外は値段も含め満足でした。

スポ少の大会のため宿泊しました。 氷無料で良かったです。コンビニ目の前にあったので出発前に購入できて助かりました。 部屋のテレビで洗濯機使用状況とか風呂とかの混雑状況が見れて便利でした！ 宿泊が日曜だったため、周辺の飲食店が日曜定休日が多くて選択肢が少なかったですが、ホテル前の焼き肉屋が美味しかったです。
