Nice room, very good bathroom supplies, the usual very helpful staff. Bed was comfortable, altho I would have preferred a firmer pillow. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

Cross Hotel Kyoto
Room la were spacious compared to other hotels and honestly perfectly sized. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect! I would definitely come back and stay here.
