Kristal is a great place to stay close to everything staff excellent pool is amazing food great also forgot to mention free breakfast

Excellent place to stay
Considering there was a cyclone a couple of weeks ago it was a very good experience. Everyday the hotel made every effort to minimize eny recovery work being done. I have no complaints at all very good stay. Cheers Ernie Higgins KTH Poppies lane 1 Kuta

Nothing. Staff screaming around whole night. Music starting at 5 o'clock in the morning as if announcing start of revolution for at least an hour. Again this might be atributed low standards of Kupang. Avoid this city if possible.

Central Kupang.
This hotel was large and had everything you need for your stay. Restaurant, Small convenience store, function rooms and beauitiful Pool by the water. Rooms were spacious with balconys and decent sized bathroom, but a little outdated. We actually paid extra for an upgrade ($25USD per night) when i thought the room we had booked was already new and modern (judging by the pictures). Service was fantastic and staff were really friendly and helpful. Although next time i'll look for a newer hotel for the same price.

Crazy organization
What hotel allows Ghetto Boom boxes beside the pool at 0730? For aerobics class I was told..but upon examination it was only Staff doing it! Music was loud enough to wake The Dead. So much for for good night sleep. ?.not! Also a lot of construction going on, hammer drills vibrate through walls at 0700. Water pressure in shower hopless, and septic back smell. Avoid Room 1308. Superficially hotel looks good, and will be good when Reno, but the room rate should be discounted to reflect this.

Decent hotel with some rude staff
We picked this hotel because it was the only one available with 3 rooms within the Kupang city boundary. The rooms were ok - nothing to complain about - especially for the rate provided by this web service. There is a clear discrepancy between the old and new portions of the hotel. We had 1 new and 2 old rooms, although were told we had 2 new ones. We dropped off our bags in the morning (no problem doing that) and returned at 1pm to check in one member of our party who was ill. They checked him in, seemed that things would go well. When our remaining 2 guests returned around 3pm, we were told the other rooms were not ready. We waited until 4pm to check in, and had to go back the front desk to ask if it was ready (they were aware that we were waiting and did not seem to care). Fortunately, all other staff were helpful and inviting. The breakfast was good, lots of options, the dinner was ok.

L'inizio del soggiorno era terribile tra pulizie, senza acqua calda senza cassetta di sicurezza! Ma dopo 2 giorni della mie lamentele, tutto viene ripristinato! Consiglio vivamente, si prepara sempre la stanza pronta ad accogliere ospiti e non aspettare che protestino gli ospiti poi rendere accogliente la stanza perché nonostante tutto la vista è bellissima 👍

Poolen gick inte att använda då den renoverades och därför var tömd på vatten. På hemsidan utlovas ett gym, det fanns inget gym (fick information att det "skulle byggas"). P.g.a. fel information är jag mycket missnöjd med min vistelse. I övrigt har jag inget att anmärka på rummen, personalen och maten.

Hotel ini terdiri dari dua bangunan, yaitu lama dan baru. Bangunan lama merupakan bekas hotel Kristal, maka orang di Kupang lebih mengenal nama hotel Kristal ketimbang Swiss-Belinn. Saya mendapat kamar di bangunan lama. Kamar luas dan bersih, jendela menghadap ke laut. Seprai dan handuk tampak sangat kusam. Ada handuk tangan di hari pertama tetapi hanya satu, Hari kedua sudah tidak ada. Tersedia variasi makanan indonesia dan western untuk sarapan. Lokasi berada di kota. Staff ramah, proses check in cepat. Air di kolam renang tampak keruh dan tida disediakan handuk, jadi bawa sendiri dari kamar.
