Our room on the 18th floor was clean and comfortable, felt like a budget chain hotel in the US. The only negative the carpet and furnishings which are worn and could stand to be replaced. "So the hotel is really nice and clean, it's in a good location if you want to get a train and the breakfast in the rotating restaurant was excellent. Sadly the heating in our room didn't work and we had a very cold night with our toddler. Sadly we didn't realise that the heating wasn't working until we got into bed, by that point we just wanted to sleep as we had had a long day travelling and had to wake up early to catch a train."
