Great hotel to stay in Kumamoto. It's near the Kumamoto castle, Sakura-no-baba Josaien and the sakuramachi shopping centre. The hotel has a lot of on-site amenities such as a public bath and a restaurant. Staff are helpful and attentive.

Dirty and bad smelling room Auto on/off lights look terrible and scary Shower head can't be turned towards the wall side，water moves to outside and make full of water on the washroom Toilet paper side was not cleaned at all with full of dust
