Dirty carpet, room too hot and no cooling function for air conditioner. Definitely need refurbishment.

KOKO HOTEL Premier Kumamoto
Spending more time traveling up and down escalators. Since there is no drop-off for the hotel itself we had to park our car for 1 hour just for dropping off the baggage. Room is smaller than expected and there is no room to open baggage.

Candeo Hotels Kumamoto Shinshigai
Lovely hotel. Great location and parking just next to hotel building. Staffs are pleasant and efficient! The only down side is the cleanliness of the spa area. On busy hours might need extra cleaning (hair on the floor in change room, guests wear slippers get in change area…etc)
