Hotel should give customer parking coupon. We are not Kulai resident so what for we buy parking coupon? Why not hotel buy a book of coupon parking then distribute to the customer according their stay time (ex: sunday coupon compulsory from 10am, check out on 12pm) hotel must give 2 hour coupon to customer. Most of us have to bear compound because not provide the parking coupon. Really hard for us to search a location to pay the compound because we are not Kulai resident.. Most of hotel outside, once check in they provide parking to the customer. Corsica hotel should do something on parking matters.

Excellent in cleanliness. Some good restaurants around and about 10 mins walk across the bridge to Aeon Permas Jaya. Some additional furniture in room would be good.

Daily room cleaning little inconvenient. Must press the cleaning button only they come to clean and change the towel. We didn't notice that as we thought that by default it is a daily thing unless told. We have to use the same towels for two days and no water refill or whatsoever. We like this hotel but this might just spoil the whole thing. TQ

Decent new hotel
Simple, clean with well thought out amenities. Iron board, a working safe n hairdryer in the bath are much appreciated touches. Nestled in the centre of quiet Kulai, a short walk to Aeon mall and eateries abound.

A comfortable hotel near JPO and Senai airport, within 8 -12 mins drive. However quite a distance from JB downtown. We booked the family room for just 1 nite & was happy with the room amenities - sufficient toiletries, shower pressure was good, water bottles provided with dispenser nearby for any refills, clean sheets & towels. Overall, a great stay for a short trip.

My 2nd stay in Family quart room- condition same as 1.5yr ago. No hesitation to stay again just that their price has increase since then. Will try their jacuzzi room if chance by.

We were initially quite impressed with the hotel, comfy bed, clean room, nice shower. Your front staff has been too crazy to call up at 12:07pm while we’d ready and carrying our stuff to step out from the room. Things gone even crazier when we refilling our water bottle at the water dispenser station only before we proceed to check out counter, they called my mobile phone informing me their standard check out time is 12pm. I want to let you know everyone definitely aware the standard check out time is 12pm however there are also standard grace period of 30mins more or less for guest. Pls be reasonable. It’s soooooo annoying. And your front desk staff never smiling at all as a front liner. Never again I will come back here

Even it was just a two night stay we felt comfortable, reception staff was welcoming. Value for money indeed and just a suggestion if you could add up pastries to compliment the American breakfast would be great. Other than that all are good.
