Facilities in this property were perfect for our four night stay! We loved the addition of BBQ areas all over the complex.
Staff were very helpful, only downfall was the multiple conversations regarding joining a seminar.
Bar area had the perfect setting, foos menu could do with a few more options.
Overall a great and convenient place to stay if exploring the Big Island.

Location is beautiful. Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. We had some minor issues at arrival which were promptly and generously resolved. Andrea went above and beyond!

The property is right on a commercial street and costal line, I like that. It is clean and most of the staff are nice.
It is very noisy at night, even after midnight.
The nearby restaurant On the Rock makes their long lasting annoying music too loud, that I hear it on 7th floor like I am in street hear 10 cars alarm on together.
One front desk staff suggests to move me to different room in the middle of the the night, and another staff says nothing the hotel can do about the noise, that the restaurant is “following the law”-she wasn’t in my room experiencing the noise and measuring it.
Very disappointed about how the property handles the on going noise problem.

"Our stay was amazing until the electricity went off. Ended up taking tepid shower verses the hot desired temperature one in the early sunlight. It did rain, hard with lightning and thunder that night. The electricity did come back about 7:30 AM, but after my short shower."
