"The room was nice. It did not have a mini refrigerator and the breakfast was just ok . The fried eggs were cold every morning! There was only little weiners and chopped ham for meat options and the juices were lukewarm. It did not live up to the expectations for the price point, but the staff was nice ."

"The staff is extremely accommodating and couldn’t be more pleasant. The interior bar is so cool — This is one of the oldest buildings in Innsbruck. We also had dinner there and it was fantastic — gourmet. And to top it off the location is within walking distance throughout the town. We highly recommend it."

"Average. Air conditioning not working in a very warm room. Opening window is noisy as the hotel is next to a busy road. Check in was ok. The gent who served my wife and I didn’t mention the complementary Welcome Card which gives discounts for attractions and free use of public transport. Some marks on the corridor walls where the cleaner’s trolley has been. "
