"The actual stay was mostly fine. The arrival was a big problem. I arrived on a Monday (Ruhetag - no-one on site). They have a good system of a key safe, and I had been sent the code and room number. But in the email it did not say where the key safe was. There was a link for "late arrivals" but I had not clicked it because I was going to arrive quite early.
