(e.g. Taking luggage to and from the room the staff insisted to leave it to them which was very nice service , room service to make up beds in the evening were fast and efficient, IT problems with TV quickly rectified, staff left plenty of water bottles when visiting the room without being asked). "Decent sized clean room with a comfortable bed. Good choice for breakfast and dinner. Attentive and helpful staff In particular Pooja. Nice swimming pool overlooking the valley, just a shame that it is not heated. Had an excellent massage at the spa ,albeit it was a bit pricey. "
