The 4-bedroom duplex apartment with carpeting is in. 3 Floor of the apartment house Waldeck. With approximately 80 m² living space and a balcony facing east, there is a spacious apartment of a living room with sofa bed, a dining counter and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, two-ring ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A bedroom with a double bed and a cot is located on the lower floor. Two further bedrooms with twin beds, are located by a spiral staircase accessible, on the upper floor of the apartment. Both the living room and in one of the top two bedrooms, there is a flat screen. The apartment has two bathrooms. The lower bathroom is equipped with toilet and bath, the upper bathroom with toilet and shower. For up to six people, this apartment is suitable.
