"Good deal if you use the onsen. Beds are quite firm but not as tough as others. Amenities are nice including extra pillows and toiletries."

"This hotel serves the purpose, the daily breakfast is super convenient and a great plus. However just know the beds are really very firm and may be uncomfortable for those who need more cushioning. I am one such....that was my discomfort."

"From check in to check out the staff was incredibly helpful. The property and rooms were meticulously maintained and extremely clean. Spending a week and a half here it was a stellar stay. The complimentary frozen meals were good for a little snack to keep you going and nicely located next to a Cosmos store and 7-11 for snacks and last minute items. The laundry container was clean and the machines very useful to launder your items throughout your stay. About a 15-20 minute walk to the MCAS Iwakuni main gate if you’re newly stationed or visiting base. Overall it was a great place to stay and the rates were very reasonable. I will be staying again when I return to Iwakuni."

"All great except the room spray to get rid of cigarette smell not as powerful as before that I used to experience. But this seems to be throughout the outlets of APA and not just this unit. "
