Get location to enjoy the country side and nice friendly staff. They were patient with me while I asked questions about the use of the SPA in the hotel as i had never been in a SPA like that and wanted to make sure I totally understood the customs while in it.

老舗ホテルで、8階の客室廊下に山本五十六大将の集合写真があり、感激しました。 少し、絵画が多すぎるようにも感じました。 夕食時の接客は、年齢が高めの女性スタッフが多く、丁寧で感じ良かったです。 温泉からの眺めは素晴らしかったのですが、館内が広く、お風呂にたどり着くまで、かなり歩くので、脚が不自由な方には少し厳しいかも　と思いました。

素晴らしいホテル

各部署のスタッフ皆さんが素晴らしいサービスをして下さいました。大変心地良く過ごすことができました。フロントスタッフ皆さんの言葉や表情からまず癒されて、夕食は錦帯橋を眺める広い個室で、なんと花火まで観れて、食事は全て美味しく大満足。個室担当のスタッフさんは、細やかな心を寄せてサービスして下さいました。お風呂も部屋からタオルを持っていく必要はなく、清潔なタオルをお風呂入口に準備して下さっていて、最高でした。部屋はとても静かで美しく、ゆったり滞在させていただきました。また行きたいホテルです！

古い建物ですがとても清潔です 錦帯橋の直ぐ側で錦帯橋の景色を朝晩楽しめます。 フロントの方に蓮根麺が食べたい何処かがありますかときいても分からずで、もう少し近くの飲食店を詳しく知り案内をしてくれると良かったです。 朝食会場のスタッフは皆親切で良かったです。 全体的にとても常に全てのスタッフが挨拶をしてくれて親切で良いホテルでした。

何度も利用しています。広島中心部から1時間とアクセスが良く、錦帯橋の目の前で、立地抜群です。お風呂は露天風呂で四季折々の風景が体感でき、ゆったりとくつろげます。お料理も鮎と、岩国の郷土料理を含めた懐石料理がとても美味しいです。コロナで一人旅の方が多く、静かでゆっくり過ごせました。また紅葉が深まった頃に利用したいです。

建物は歴史を感じさせる感じですが 中はとても綺麗 部屋もツインに１人だったのでとても広くて綺麗でした。 お風呂も露天風呂からライトアップされた岩国城が見えて大満足 朝食も品数も多くて美味しかったです。

部屋の窓からは錦帯橋が綺麗に見え、絶好のロケーションでしたが、階数によっては見えないようです。シングルの部屋は観光ホテルにしてはチープでしたが、露天風呂はなかなか良かったです。
