Hilton Kuching

5.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (676)
"The room facilities and bed were clean and good. I had good sleep. I had river view which is very nice. The breakfast was very good with many choices. The staffs were very friendly and nice. Only drawback is the bathroom, looks old furnishing and some parts does not look clean enough. Feel discomfort during my time in the bathroom. The bathroom amenities could have been 5 star standard. The
pool
is OK."

Permai Rainforest Resort

3.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (71)
"Permai is fantastic, we had a treehouse and enjoyed waking up to monkeys and bird song each morning. It is a perfect place to just relax and do nothing or book some tours from. The staff were all lovely and helpful, if driving us themselves to catch a late afternoon boat trip. We extended our stay another night as we loved it so much."

The Culvert

3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (57)
"Let's start with the positive aspects: 1 Beautiful setting on a west facing hill overlooking the sea 2 Staff is friendly and very helpful Now to the not so good: 1 The culvert concept is obviously minimalist but even so the space could have been better organised 2 The first culvert we occupied for one night was sloping the wrong way so the water from the shower ran away from the drain 3 The aircon was provided with a non original remote that could only turn it on or off but couldn't set the...

Imperial Hotel Kuching

4.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (690)
"The hotel interior is clean and spacious, so was the room. The breakfast buffet spread was superb. What I didn't like - the exterior needs upkeep, as in the windows. The glass is full of dirt and rain spots...gives an otherwise lovely view out, a not so lovely view. When it rains (and it did rain a lot when I was there), the rain drops made loud splattering noises on the metal mullions (the horizontal window frames). The extra large spaces in the room and unblocked views made up for that, I...

Puteri Wing, Riverside Majestic Hotel

4.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (758)
"Location great. River just over the road. Main town a few minutes walk. The decor of the hotel almost put me off booking as it’s really not my style but I’m glad I went ahead and stayed. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. Large windows so plenty of natural light, able to be opened a little too. Staff were helpful and friendly. 7/11 right across the road plenty of places to eat nearby. Would stay again."

UCSI Hotel Kuching

3.5 star property
6.4 out of 10, (7)
"I chose this hotel as it was very accessible to the conference centre where I was attending a conference. I was pleasantly surprised with the room - it was clean, very spacious, comfortable bed. Nice views (though dirty windows). The room even had a kitchenette in it (but with a note that no cooking allowed?!). Lovely big bath and separate shower. However hotel as a whole has appearance of neglect.
Pool
