Im stay here for 3 night. Good service. spacious room. just 5 minutes from town. Will stay again if come to Kuching

Bad service, Bad Room

The check-in service and check-out service was average. Carpet floor in the room was very dirty, air conditioning was not cold and water kettle was spoil. Overall not a good experience who enjoy clean and simple room.

Old hotel, need renovation

When we check in to our room, there was weird smell, most probably from the carpet inside the room, no slipper provide and me and my friend were wearing our own shoe when moving inside the room. We dont even dare to take off our shoe because condition of the carpet not really clean.

Tower B: Not Happy

Tower B, room 1105: we r Not happy, request for nxt door room with other family member but been separate to other floor, our party was ruin, den the acond not functioning, call maintenance but not coming, they said nite time the acond will b ok, but We canot slept coz sweating. swimming pool not provide towel, so bring our room tower, Request for replacement of tower, but not coming. Complain to reception, they said we r checking out, so canot replace. So we dry our body with our dirty cloth...no recommended.

Dissappointment

With a price tag of RM170/night, the room condition was below par. Entering the room, I was greeted with stench of year old shoe. The TV is placed in an awkward position, in the middle of the room. The Kitchen was a pleasant surprise but the stove wasn't working. The gym is located on the 3rd floor in a tiny room. Gym equipment were not well maintained. Food choices for breakfast was very disappointing and it took the kitchen some time to refill when its finished. There were chairs stacked to the ceiling and that ruined the mood. View was great though. I don't recommend this hotel and I wont return. I would like to suggest Ariva Hotel instead.

Went to check-in at around 1:30pm and was asked to wait because they have not cleaned the room yet. The excuse given was that it is a holiday season and they were understaffed. Waited for almost 1 hour and finally the room was ready. The place is poorly maintained with squeeky lift, uneven plaster ceilings and noisy toilet flushes. At first glance, the room was good until night falls when we discovered a rat in the room. The pool was good but the gym was inaccessable throughout the whole trip and they don't have enough towel for guests...

Terrible hotel

Terrible hotel and even it's located with the hock lee centre there are only not more than 100person. Actually i booked the room there for three nights. But once i step into the room, i decide to move. I move out at5am in the early morning, you can see how terrible is it.

bad experience in Kuching

We were staying here couple of nights with kids. First of all this is quite far from downtown so it is not walkable distance. When we got our room and we opened door there came this moldy warm really bad smell from the room. Room carpet was bumpy and dirty. Beds were quite ok. A/C was noisier than tv. It was not properly bulted to wall. This tower b might have been nice 20 - 30 years ago but not any more. Swimming pool water was yellow. We have been in many hotels and we are not looking for luxury. I wouldnt recommend this for anyone. There are definately better hotels with less money in kuching. Shuttle service worked well.

Pretty basic

The hotel has changed owner after we made our reservation. The first nigth we stayed in a room for smokers, so we pretty soon wanted to change to a new one. The rooms were very outdated, but Wifi worked. The cleanines was little so& so. The breakfast was pretty basic, we had it twice in 7 days. The shopping mall in the building was pretty empty, only good thing was really good restaurant. The hotel is located outside of the city, some 10 min with taxi.

Very disappointing !

I'm a repeated customer. Stayed for 2 times before. This is my worst experienced with the hotel. Firstly, during check in, when asking regarding the payment as i know clearly that i chose as POA but the staff keep on telling me that the agent will settle the payment. Ok fine. Secondly, was given a room at 11th floor and found out that the aircon are not cold at all and the safety box is not working and ask to change the room instead. They agreed to change us to the 10th floor room which is better and the aircon are cooler. Then again, every time when we're back to the room at night, the room key card are not working and we have to keep on going down to the lobby to get it activate and the staff don't even explained what's wrong. During the 2nd day of our stay, the staff call in to tell that actually i need to make payment as the system have been mess up at the first place! Pffftttt...This will be the last time I'll be staying at this hotel...
